Path to purchase report

The Path to Purchase report shows the sequence of media channels shoppers were exposed to before converting, based on activity from the last 30 days. It shows the top paths to purchase.

It helps you understand which channels influence conversions, how upper- and mid-funnel media support performance, and how channels work together across the full funnel.

The following media channels are included in the report:

  • Display

  • Video

  • CTV

You can use the Path to Purchase report to validate your full-funnel strategy, guide future budget allocation, and align brand and performance teams around shared insights.

To access the report, in the Commerce Growth platform, from the left navigation panel, select Analytics > Exploring > Plath to purchase.
